ABOUT US
ALL PURPOSE SEASONING WITH PURPOSE
Martha’s Mix all purpose seasoning makes cooking so delicious and simple, it’s almost like magic. Mix a teaspoon with an avocado and you have some of the best guacamole you’ve ever tasted! Sprinkle it over chicken wings and everyone will be asking for more. The best part about this product though, every time you use Martha’s Mix, you’re helping hungry kids get the nourishment they need. ALL of our profits go to charities focused on ending childhood hunger.
OUR STORY
Martha's Mix was created by Scott and Nikki Kimbleton in honor of Scott's mom, Martha. She was a pastor in Pollocksville, NC., where she found that kids at the local elementary school were going hungry on the weekends. To help, she started and personally funded a chapter of Blessings In A Backpack. Because of her efforts, kids get a backpack full of food each Friday to sustain them through the weekend. Martha died from breast cancer in October of 2011. By donating a portion of every bottled sold, Martha's Mix is her legacy and let's us to continue her work and good deeds.

For Chicken Wings:
- Dust with Martha's Mix all purpose seasoning.
- Start with wings on the grill skin side down.
- Cook until skin browns (approx 12 minutes) and then flip (for approx 12 minutes.)
- For crispy skin, turn wings again for 3 to 4 minutes.
For Chicken Quarters:
- Remove excess fat.
- Dust with Martha's Mix and grill starting with skin side d

- Dust with Martha's Mix all purpose seasoning.

* Remember, internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F.

Ingredients
- 2lbs lean ground beef
- 2 large yellow onions, diced
- 2 cans Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes w/onions, peppers & celery
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans Bush's Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 2 bottles Shiner Bock be

Ingredients
- 2lbs lean ground beef

- 2 bottles Shiner Bock beer
- 4 tablespoons Martha's Mix all natural, all purpose seasoning
Directions
- Brown ground beef then add onions. Deglaze with 1/2 bottle of Shiner Bock.
- Transfer mixture to crock pot or large iron skillet.
- Over low heat, slowly add stewed tomatoes, stirring gently until mixture starts to bubble.
- Then slowly add 2 cans of diced tomatoes, stirring gently until it bubbles again. Let simmer for 10 minutes
- Rinse kidney beans and then slowly stir them into the chili. Add Shiner Bock until chili reaches your desired consistency. Slowly add 4 tbsp's of Martha's Mix, stirring gently. Let the chili simmer for 25-30 minutes and taste the magnificence.

It’s easy to remember if you think of the 4 C’s - seasoned cracker, cream cheese, crab and cocktail sauce!
Makes 32 crab sliders
Serves 10-11 (3 crackers per serving)
Ingredients
- 8 oz cocktail sauce
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 8 oz regula

Makes 32 crab sliders
Serves 10-11 (3 crackers per serving)
Ingredients
- 8 oz cocktail sauce
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 8 oz regular or whipped cream cheese
- 30 Martha’s Mix Seasoned Crackers
- (optional) Parsley w/ lemon or lime zest / curls; lemon / lime for garnish
Directions
- Set cream cheese out to soften (20-30 min); skip if pre-whippped
- On a serving tray, arrange one batch of Martha’s Mix Seasoned Crackers (about 32 crackers)
- Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy; skip if pre-whippped
- Using 2 spoons, scoop 1 Tbsp of cream cheese onto each cracker
- Place 1/4 oz weight crab meat in the center of each cream cheese rosette
- Dust with Martha's Mix
- Top with cocktail sauce
- Garnish with parsley and lemon or lime zest / curls
- Plate with additional lemon / lime wedges

Serves 6 (5 crackers per serving)
Ingredients
- 1 sleeve unsalted Saltine crackers
- 1/3 cup canola oil or other light oil
- 2 Tbsp Martha's Mix All-Purpose Season
Adapted from Ana Hernandez, Owner, All Spiced Up
Pair with chili, the base for crab sliders or just eat them straight out of the bowl. We won't tell anyone.

- 1 sleeve unsalted Saltine crackers
- 1/3 cup canola oil or other light oil
- 2 Tbsp Martha's Mix All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1 gallon Ziploc bag
Directions
- Mix 1/3 cup canola oil and 2 Tbsp Martha's Mix in a 1 gallon Ziploc bag
- Add 1 sleeve unsalted Saltine crackers
- Seal with air in the bag and gently tumble to mix
- Spread crackers on rack to dry 5-10 minutes
